A financial firm named Securitize has brought big United States stocks to the blockchain. The company
shared news of a big launch. It put twelve tokenized stocks on the Solana network. This new tool lets

approved buyers trade shares of big American firms. People can trade at any hour of the day. They can
also trade late at night.
Securitize is a public company. It trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SECZ.
The firm turns normal financial assets into digital tokens on open networks. With this launch, Securitize
brings some of the most famous business names to the Solana chain.
The group of twelve tokenized stocks includes top tech giants. People can trade tokens for Apple,
Microsoft, and Nvidia. They can also trade Google parent Alphabet, Tesla, Amazon, and Meta. The list
also has Netflix, Circle, space parts firms, MicroStrategy, and Palantir.
Every digital token connects one-to-one to a real share of stock. Securitize confirmed that real shares sit
safely in a vault. They are held by the official transfer agent of each company. This setup means each
token keeps the real legal rights of normal share ownership. Owners also get the real money gains of the
shares. When a person owns a token, they own a legal claim to the real company share. In some cases,
owners can even turn tokens into paper share certificates on company books.
To make trading fast, Securitize picked Circle’s digital dollar, USDC, for all cash settlements. When a
person buys or sells a token share, the trade finishes in digital dollars on Solana. Trades settle in
seconds. This is much faster than the two days needed on old stock markets. This speed helps buyers
move their money without long waits.
Trading never stops on this platform. Regular stock markets like the New York Stock Exchange only open
during normal weekday hours. In contrast, crypto networks run all day and night without breaks.
Securitize offers non-stop trading through a deal between the New York Stock Exchange and OKX. They
use the OKXICE trading venue. People in all time zones can trade stocks whenever news breaks. They
can trade late at night. They can trade on holidays. They can trade on weekends too.
Securitize built these tokens under the United States SEC Innovation Exemption rules. The firm also
promised that shares will not be lent out to short sellers. Later on, Securitize plans to link these tokens
to decentralized apps like Aave. There, users could use digital shares as backup for loans.
The world of on-chain assets is growing fast. Industry data shows that tokenized stocks on public chains
reached between 3.2 billion and 3.8 billion dollars in early October 2026. That is four times higher than
the 700 million dollars seen at the start of the year. Experts think that about four million people now
hold tokenized assets worldwide. Analysts expect yearly on-chain stock trading to reach ten billion
dollars by June 2027.
After the news came out, Securitize shares jumped about 12 percent on the stock market. That jump
pushed the total market value of the firm to roughly two billion dollars.
In past years, many tokenized stocks were just fake copies made by offshore crypto sites. Those old
products did not give real legal rights to buyers. Securitize is taking a legal path. It links tokens to real
shares through approved rules.
This launch shows how blockchain tools can help normal stock markets. By removing time limits, cutting
wait times, and using digital dollars, token shares give a fresh way to reach world markets. The service is

open only to approved users in set regions. Still, it marks a big step for real assets on open networks. It
brings the speed of crypto to real company shares that people know and trust.
